Treatments are performed by experts, using products selected in part for their relevance to the climate and conditions of the Yucatan. Many products used are mixed locally or even on the premises, using such organic, indigenous ingredients as blue corn and Caribbean ginger and citrus honey.
Guests are invited to arrive an hour early to experience YHI Spa's unique "Water Rituals" hydrotherapy circuit. This path leads you from a series of heated and scented massage showers, down a water path of heated stones and eventually outside to the spa therapy pool where you can linger on an underwater massage chair overlooking the ocean until it is time for your appointment to begin.
